At the age of 18 Dale began a career in the entertainment industry and traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada as both a performer and a driver. Dale began working with Hemphill Brothers over 15 years ago as a driver. With his experience and knowledge of the day to day inner workings of the entertainer coach industry, Dale has been able to bring a fresh and different perspective to his role as Driver Liaison and Safety Director.
